26 Jul UPDATE: I called out my former realtor after he issued a non-apology apology following my 1 star review.
Wanted to provide an update. Thank you so much for posting in my previous thread:
I ended up sending the realtor a response with the following:
I had debated not responding. However, I did not feel comfortable working with you from the inspection onward. Throughout the whole transaction it seemed like you were just looking to push things through, regardless of how I felt on the matter. In hindsight, I probably should have followed my gut, cancelled the whole transaction and moved on with a realtor I felt more comfortable working with. Other realtors have made me aware of things about the building, size and location that, had I known about from you, would have prevented a lot of headache and quite honestly probably would have pushed me in a different direction. One in particular more or less let me know that I got screwed over by you guys. That's not a great feeling to have. Whether this was due to lack of area knowledge on your part or just an attempt to keep things easy and "in house", doesn't actually matter at this point. What does matter is that i'm now left to rectify the situation, which I intend on doing.
Thank you, Fitchaber10"
Thank you again for those who responded. I bcc'd his broker, team leader and the real estate commission.
