Phoenix, Arizona – June 20, 2019 – SVN Desert Commercial Advisors in Phoenix, AZ. has been nationally recognized in the TOP 100 offices by SVN International Corp. month after month, year after year. Just last month, they were nationally ranked #6 out of all the SVN offices. Industry education, training, and workshops have been a catalyst to their business acumen for individual and team advisors. Though for two SVN advisors, Mary Nollenberger and Carrick Sears went even further to accelerate their training.
Just a couple of weeks ago, SVN advisors completed the year long training in New Orleans, LA., the year long program offered to all SVN advisors in the network. The program was specifically designed to help advisors take their business regimen to the next level. Modeled after the Elite program for managing directors, individual advisors now had the chance to learn new skills and approaches that they could take back to their office (franchise). The program is something that aligns with the training that is already provided at SVN Desert Commercial Advisors.
Mike Gallegos, a CRE trainer and coach for some of the SVN offices across the country plays an integral role in the sales training in the Phoenix office. “We teach principles from best in industry programs across Commercial Real Estate Economics, Finance, Underwriting, and full platform Business Development (Sales Strategy & Techniques),” said Gallegos. Director of Retail Leasing, Mary Nollenberger stated, “My greatest takeaways were the presentations given by Derek Lobo and Alex Ruggieri both on the subject of Relationship –focused business and servicing clients, which is my passion.” Multifamily advisor Carrick Sears also stated, “This was an exceptional program to hone my skills as an advisor allowing me to add value to my client’s investments and decision-making.”
SVN Advisors, Nollenberger and Sears will be certified as an ‘Advisor Elite’ through the program. Managing Director, Mike Gallegos expressed that creating the environment that reinforces life-long learning that will result in highly orchestrated and linear “foundations” that will accelerate the ramp up process for brokers who are starting their careers. “Traditional concepts from the CCIM Institute, Moody’s Analytics, CoreNet Global, SIOR, Sandler Sales, SPIN Selling, & Argus to name a few. On top of those elements, we have dialed in leadership principles from Echelon Front and the newest programs available to keep our Sales efforts progressive and on the cutting edge,” said Gallegos, a Managing Director to a few SVN offices.
When you mix accelerated sales training and a successful marketing platform, you get results. Director of Marketing, PR & Administration, Melissa Swader stated, “It is so critical for our advisors to be educated in such a competitive market but when you couple knowledge, valuable relationships, technology, marketing and PR into the formula, our advisors are truly capable of anything and everything.” From what it seems, SVN Desert Commercial Advisors are willing to go above and beyond and do whatever training it takes to provide the very best service to their clients
