16 Aug Do I need to accept an offer at or over listing?
Working with my sellers agent, we listed our condo about 15% less than what we want for it based on agents recommendation. It’s in a super hot part of the Bay Area (20 mins to downtown SF), so agent is convinced this is the best approach. If we don’t get the amount we want do we need to sell? The listing arrangement doesn’t say we need to accept any offer or pay any penalty, but I’m assuming we need to at least reimburse for staging, which the agent otherwise covers. Working with Redfin FWIW
